Grace has lived in Los Altos since 1992, and is a wife and a mother of two grown children. She loves working with people. Here are Grace’s 4 “P’s” of Real Estate:
“P” Professional – She is responsible, competent and trustworthy. Things get done.
“P” Proactive - She is highly proactive, utilizing your time effectively. She previews homes, researches neighborhood, studies your local market, and generates interest through other channels as well as MLS. She has excellent track record of “pricing right” for desired sales outcome. Most of Grace’s listings have sold at full or above asking prices. She is also excellent in pricing a home for buyers so that they will not overpay.
“P” Productive – 1) She will help sellers prepare their homes for best showing by advising sellers how to present their home. This may include recommending cosmetic changes such as painting, clearing the yard, and arranging the best way to “stage” the property. She even utilizes decor items from her own home to help stage seller’s home. 2) She will schedule property, termite, roof and other inspections, so reports will be available for prospective buyers without causing unnecessary delays in an offer process. 3) She will complete all legal disclosure documents and prepare packets for prospective buyers. 4) She will design flyers to advertise the property.
“P” Personable – She is very pleasant and likable with personal reputation for high integrity. She keeps her word and fulfills her commitments. Buyers, sellers and other agents find her easy to work with. Whether buying or selling a home, you can relax knowing that you have hired a committed expert who will communicate with you every step of the transaction. Grace’s professionalism is best summarized by her practice of recommending her clients for positive long term outcome even if it means dissuading her client against a quick purchase.
